Cooking spanish dishes

You will have the opportunity to cook traditional meals yourself, or if you prefer you may just watch others doing it. Either way you will have the chance at the end at the workshop to taste the delicious bites and to season them with traditional Spanish wines.
The cooking workshop themes are the following: either you choose tapas or you incline towards creative cooking.

If you want to try tapas you may choose between 6 types: Salmorejo Cordobes (a thick souse made of bread, tomatoes, garlic combination), Tortilla de patatas (potatoes, onion, eggs, olive oil), Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp with garlic), Ensaladilla Rusa (potatoes, carrots, olives, eggs), Flamenquin (pork escalopes, ham, cheese, eggs) or Croquetas (bechamel sauce with ham, chicken or fish). Our specialists will teach you the most traditional Spanish snack in a very pleasant way, combining hard work with fun. A group between 6 and 9 persons may attend this workshop. The only eliminator condition is to be at least 18 (the legal age in Spain when you may drink alcohol) because all through the workshop and afterwards you are encouraged to drink wine. And of course not any type of wine, but the best quality traditional Andalusian wine. The benefits of this kind of workshops are enormous.
